Velit is unique in the air heater space that we have US based parts fullfillment for our heaters and AC units.
Most parts orders ship in 1-2 business days from our service center located in Washington State here:

We typically offer parts at cost, far more affordably and faster sourced than other off-grid heating and cooling companies.

If you are located in Canada parts are often shipped from USA and sometimes dutie fees are applied. We also have a distributor in Canada who ships some parts for our Canadian customers.
