Where does Velit ship parts orders from?

Details about our US based parts & service center 

Velit is unique in the air heater space that we have US based parts fullfillment for our heaters and AC units. 

Most parts orders ship in 1-2 business days from our service center located in Washington State here:

We typically offer parts at cost, far more affordably and faster sourced than other off-grid heating and cooling companies.
 
If you have placed a parts order and it has not shipped in 2-3 days please feel free to send a polite follow up to support@velitcamping.com and we'll help out. 
 
If you are located in Canada parts are often shipped from USA and sometimes dutie fees are applied. We also have a distributor in Canada who ships some parts for our Canadian customers. 
 
If you are ordering a Velit Heater or Air Conditioner Unit, these typically ship from our 3PL logistics provider in Ontario, California. Only parts ship from the Washington State location, not entire AC or heater units.
