What size / gauge wiring is used for power/ground on the Velit AC Units?
Velit AC Power Wire AWG depends on if the unit is 12v/24v/48v but also the distance the wire is ran.
Below is a list of the stock power harness wire awg for the various AC units we offer in various voltages. IMPORTANT: It should be noted that if our stock harnesses are extended that larger AWG should be used according to calculated standards to prevent amperage loss over distance. Consult an electrical engineer or utilize online calculators to ensure proper wire size for safety and proper function of the unit.
NOTE: We use Metric MM2 so AWG below is for reference, rather than exact.
