We have U.S.-based parts and service representatives who are often able to help customers resolve basic issues quickly and efficiently. Outside that warranty period we will make parts available to the best of our ability. In general, **Velit air heater warranty is 2-years** from date received. Outside that warranty period we will make parts available to the best of our ability. **Comvolt Products - 5 Years** Warranty coverage begins on the date the product is received by the customer. Outside the warranty period, Velit will continue to make replacement parts available to the best of our ability. #### What the Warranty Covers Velit warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and intended operating conditions. At Velit’s discretion, warranty service may include: - Replacement parts - Product repair - Product replacement Velit also covers products damaged during shipping or delivery.
