These bars should be used as a general status. As they cannot read accurately for the wide array of different batteries that power these AC units.
For example, lead acid batteries have different resting voltages than lithium batteries. And there is even variation between brands of batteries.
This is why your batteries may be fully charged, but it will only show 2 bars. These status bars would need to be custom tuned to your specific battery to read most accurately.
