# Stock and Inventory Status Specifically for Velit Heater and Air Conditioner Parts (not full units)

## What if the part I am looking for is showing as out-of-stock on your website?

For the most part, our parts & service department is able to make available and ship parts quickly to those in need. This is one area Velit out-performs the competition, parts costs, availability, and delivery.

If you are looking for a certain part and it's not listed on our website, or currently showing out-of-stock, then reach out to support@velitcamping.com and ask about pricing and availability.

We are always working to keep our parts inventory and stock status us to date but it is not always accurate. Meaning, reach out if you have questions on pricing/availability for parts for our Air Conditioner or Heaters. 

Parts availability is often impacted seasonally for Heaters and Air Conditioners based on demand

Our service department can usually find what you need or at least advise on when it will be available and assist with backorders. 

All parts ship from Renton, WA, USA. Local pickup can sometimes be arranged.
