Returns - How to return products and parts to Velit
What is the process for returning a product to Velit for refund or exchange?
All returns require dual-party consent and prior authorization. Please do not ship products back to Velit without prior authorization.
All returns should be sent to Velit's service center located in Renton, WA, USA.
For PARTS RETURNS:
Please email support@velitcamping.com with the details of your parts order and reason for return. Velit support will typically respond within 1-2 days, often much faster with instructions for the return.
Depending on the return, Velit will provide a shipping return label that is attached to your return order.
For AIR CONDITIONER RETURNS:
If there is no technical issue with the product you may email details of your order and the return request to contact@velitcamping.com
If you are returning the product due to an issue with the product such as missing parts or not functioning as expected, we require you to submit a Air Condtioner Support Ticket, to kick off that process with us.
If the return is authorized after submitting a ticket or contacting us, we'll typically provide a return shipping label to have the unit shipped back to our Renton, WA service center. The shipping label is tied to the return authorization.
For AIR HEATER RETURNS:
If there is no technical issue with the product you may email details of your order and the return request to contact@velitcamping.com
If you are returning the product due to an issue with the product such as missing parts or not functioning as expected, we require you to submit a Heater Support Ticket, to kick off that process with us.
If the return is authorized after submitting a ticket or contacting us, we'll typically provide a return shipping label to have the unit shipped back to our Renton, WA service center. The shipping label is tied to the return authorization.

If the return is due to technical problems with the product, Velit's technical support team will inspect and perform forensics upon receipt to confirm reason for return.
Refunds
Refund are typically only provided once we recieve the unit back and confirm authorization. See linked return policy above for details. Typically, the payment is processed back to the payment method used for purchase, please advise Velit Support if a different refund method is required.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled depending on the specific situation. Please follow the process above and our team will advise on how we can best handle the exchange according to our policies.
