International Shipping for Velit Heaters and Air Conditioner Units
Common information about worldwide fulfillment for Velit products
Most all Velit heater and air conditioner products are shipped from a 3PL provider located in Ontario, California.
If you are ordering in Canada or the UK, we have distributors that ship our products from there to there. Distribution is limited in Canada and UK. This typically means no import or duty fees since it's shipped within the same country. You can order directly through our website here and it will be fulfilled through UK or Canada distributor. Shipping times may vary depending on stock, reach out to contact@velitcamping.com to confirm shipping times for orders outside the USA.
If you are outside the USA, Canda, or UK, we typically do not ship individual products to those places. Sometimes customers are able to arrange logistics providers to ship our units to their country from a country we ship to, but that is entirely handled by the customer.

Important: Velit Parts are shipped from the USA near Seattle. Be aware that parts shipments outside the USA are subject to import fees and may also be delayed in reaching to support customer needs.
Air Conditioners are typically unable to be air shipped because of weight, size, and refridgerant materials.
