Do Velit Air Conditioner Units Have a Heat Pump?

Generally, no, Velit air conditioner units are not designed with or for use as a heat pump or heater. 

There are some products on the market that offer this feature, but in general, this is not the most efficient way to produce heat. And is rather inefficient compared with gas diesel air heaters we offer.

Air Conditioners are high power draw components, so using them to produce heat is typically only recommended as a solution where shore power is available or other more efficient heating methods are unavailable. 

But most applications we see have a dedicated AC unit and are paired with a gas or diesel air heater which produces dry efficient heat.
