Can I power my Velit AC unit with a portable power station / solar generator?

Unfortunately, your portable power station can not directly power our air conditioner due to the lack of high-power DC output. Our 12V AC requires 60A to run while most power station can only output 10A. However, you have an alternative to use a 12v power supply that costs less than $80 to run the air conditioner out of the AC output on your power station. Pretty much your power station has enough 120V AC output but not enough DC output. This way you will loose a little bit of efficiency.

We are now working with comvolt which makes the only 12V portable power station on the market. It has a 120A 12V output and can run all our AC in the most efficient way. The 4kwh unit listed below can run the AC for 8-13hours.
